Claudia Cox

Claudia Cox is Strategy Analyst at Strategy Works, an international strategy consulting and coaching firm, specialized in facilitating boardroom decision-making and guiding companies through processes of strategic renewal (www.strategyworks.com). She is also assistant lecturer in strategy at the Strategy Academy, an international research and training company, dedicated to improving companies’ competences in the areas of strategy, leadership and business innovation www.strategy-academy.org).

Claudia studied Strategic Management at Tilburg University. Relevant courses were Strategic Management, Strategy Dynamics, and Corporate Governance and  Restructuring. Before, she received her bachelor degree via the study Commercial Economics at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven. This background makes her a person in which rigor meets relevance in practice.
Claudia did scientific research to the managerial perspectives that organizations employ when realizing synergies and the reasons for the selection of this specific perspective.

She gained professional experience via several jobs in the education and sales sector.

In her spare time Claudia likes to go running and visit the theatre for a cabaret or opera concert. She joined the Strategy Works / Strategy Academy team in 2009.
